They are very often multilateral negotiations and therefore involve a large number of conflicting interests, which make it very difficult or even impossible to maintain an overview and, above all, to work out joint solutions. In contrast to \"pure\" business negotiations, not only are the interests of the negotiating partners diametrically opposed, but many other immensely complicated factors also play a role.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Different cultures, geopolitical interests, different histories and political interdependencies make such negotiations extremely difficult.
