I had the honor of being invited by the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs at the GlobalArmenianSummit24 in Yerevan to protect the Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh and in particular to Right of return to speak.
As an international negotiation consultant for states, I focused on the Negotiation tactical perspective in the context of the current Peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Round 150,000 Armenians were expelled from Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of an attack by Azerbaijan in violation of international law - part of an openly practiced Armenophobic policy.
Negotiating out of fear is the worst way - and never leads to real peace.
Because there are no peace without justice. Negotiating out of fear is fatal.
There are no peace without justice. Professional negotiations & international pressure can enforce this fundamental right.
Armenia needs a new attitude - from victim to sovereign actor.
That is negotiation psychology.
