United for Justice - in Maastricht! Strategy meets justice: negotiating in an international context

I had the honor of attending the European Armenian Lawyers Conference in Maastricht, organized by ANAJAto be invited.
"United for Justice" - This was the motto under which international experts from various disciplines came together to explore the wonderful Republic of Armenia from the inside and outside.

As a speaker, I spoke about a subject close to my heart: Negotiation as the key to conflict resolution - especially with unequal power relations.

I emphasized the most important tools for effective negotiations - especially in situations where parties with unequal power negotiate. Successful negotiation requires a combination of strategic-tactical approach and Deep psychological understanding.

Whether mediation, legal disputes or direct talks - in the end, all of these processes are forms of negotiation. This makes it all the more important to Negotiation skills to acquire.

Because whether in court or at the negotiating table:
In the end, everything is negotiation.
